COVID-19 Update

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of parcels and the significant impact that Covid-19 has placed on our logistics systems, we are currently experiencing delays in the processing and shipping of orders.

Some delays are beyond our control, but we're doing what we can to deliver quickly and safely. Our third-party warehouse is now engaging new staff to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, and we expect deliveries to be between five and ten days.

We assure you that we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Our Australian warehouse remains open however we are experiencing delays to the despatch of orders.

Hygiene and handling

We have been working closely with our warehouse teams who are following all Government guidelines, and we have reinforced our rigorous hygiene and handling procedures when picking and packing your order. Our warehouse teams have implemented additional health and safety measures including regular hygiene audits to ensure our stringent standards are upheld at all times.

All of our warehouses are conducting additional cleaning and introducing new measures to help reduce the risk. This includes hand sanitation and site cleaning as well as restrictions around warehouse visitors, staff meetings and staff travel. The welfare of our customers and warehouse teams is our top priority and we will continue to monitor the situation on a day to day basis.

 

Stock levels

The high level of demand during COVID-19 has meant that we may have periods where we are out of stock in some locations. We are doing everything we can to restore our stock levels across the range.
